Many
of us take great pride in our American freedoms. Our
founders and original political supporters were very concerned
about the torture, hangings, murder and general loss of freedom
that resulted from the blending of religion and government in
their previous countries. We MUST NOT be comfortable and
passive in our admiration of founders and founding documents.
One thing that makes our nation great is its ability to adapt.
The legislative branch (Senate and House) have the ability to
write new laws and the courts have the ability to interpret
existing law to apply to specific cases which then sets legal
precedent. WE MUST REMAIN VIGILANT in protecting this wall
of separation because there are many people and organizations
working to tear the wall down. They are rewriting history
by falsely promoting that this country was founded as a
Christian nation. They are pushing their religious
representatives for office from the state and local level, all
the way to the President of the United States. They are
influencing U.S. Supreme Court nominations. They are
having many victories and will ultimately succeed without a
continued strong and organized force working to oppose them.
We must fight to retain our freedoms.
Maybe
this page should be titled "Quotes from the Enemies of
America" because they are attacking our U.S. Supreme
Court, the Constitution, our duly elected Senators and
Congressmen and our universities. They are advocating a
"physically bloody" battle to
promote "wrenching change" in our institutions.
They have stated that it's time for a "godly
fumigation" of the "termites in charge" of
our institutions. [ More
